PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF VICTORIA ARE UNDER THE ACTUAL COSTINGS THAT WE ARE CHARGED, WE DO TRY TO ABSORB SOME OF THIS COST TO YOU THROUGH OUR OWN PROFIT, WE CANNOT TAKE ON THE ENTIRE SHIPPING AMOUNTS,( when Australia post starts giving us free post we will pass it onto you, )  PLEASE NOTE THAT BOXES OF DISPOSABLE NAPPIES AND ESPECIALLY WIPES WEIGH ALOT AND WE GET CHARGED ACCORDINGLY, WETHER WE SEND OUT ONE PARCEL OR 100 PARCELS...

To preview shipping costs for your order, simply add items to your cart and the Estimated Shipping Costs will be shown at the bottom of your "View Shopping Cart" page. If you are logged in to our website, the calculations are automatically brought up based on your registered address. If you are not logged in, you will be asked your for your postcode or country so it can then calculate the costs. Placing items in your cart does not commit you to a purchase, so you are always able to see what the shipping costs will be for before you confirm your order. Occasionally, the estimated shipping costs do not appear. If this happens, simply click on the "Go to Checkout" button at the bottom of the cart and the shipping options, with costs, will be displayed on the next page. This does not commit you to a purchase, and you will still be able to exit from this page by clicking the "Back" button on your browser to edit your cart or continue shopping with us.
Western Australia & Northern Territory customers: We no longer can offer the flat rate amount to these locations as the vast and remote areas and distance , we are still happy to send there but you must use the Australia post calculator to get your shipping costs. 

All orders are carefully and discreetly packed, and most are shipped via Australia Post within 3 business days of payment ( If your purchase is made before 2pm Melbourne Time  Monday to Friday we will most likely send out that day ). For your peace of mind, we recommend either the Registered Post or Express Post options within Australia. Insurance is available for domestic and international shipments. Larger Australian orders may be shipped via a Courier.
Once in the hands of either Australia Post or a Courier we cannot control how long this process takes, we can track it and keep you updated but once it leaves us, it is then in the hands of the delivery service, also keep in mind that one week before December that all delivery services become Extremely slow as this is this busiest time in the entire world due to Christmas please allow at LEAST double/ triple the normal delivery time to your location to avoid any disappointment. 

Using Australia Post, we are able to deliver to both street addresses and post office boxes. Please make sure you enter your postal details correctly, as we cannot be held liable for parcels being delivered to an address incorrectly supplied to us. If your shipment is to be sent via Courier, you will be informed in advance and a street address will need to be provided for delivery.

On the rare occasion that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and advise when it will be available again. In such cases, you will have the option of either cancelling your order completely or placing it on hold.


Please read all of the product information carefully before placing your order.

We will naturally offer a full refund or replacement if a product you receive is faulty, damaged or different than ordered. However, we cannot refund or exchange items simply because you have changed your mind or misread the product information.

Refunds and/or replacements will only be granted if you contact us within 7 business days of receiving your package. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask for an item to be returned for our inspection prior to processing a refund/replacement. Please do not return any item without contacting us for an authorisation reference first!
